Mariska’s gorgeous body results from consistent workouts, a balanced diet, and embracing change. “I put my health and family first. Would I like to be the same size as when I got married? Sure, but I had a child, and your body changes,” she said in an old interview. She makes most of the juicers take nutrient-rich foods like cucumber, celery, spinach, green apple, kale, lemon, and spinach.

The Jocks star prefers healthy flavorings like almond milk and unsweetened vanilla in her drinks, and she does regular cardio and lifting to keep fit. Per aging, 59-year-old Mariska is far from bothered and is “proud of it.” “I’m stronger than I’ve ever been,” she noted.
